NO RESPECT for the DEAD

I have had the utmost displeasure of dealing with SBSA funeral plans and Tyger Valley Branch, My mother passed away on 7Th October 2013, i called to find out what the procedure was to claim from her funeral plan.

I was told by Brian that I need the DEATH CERT, BI 1663 (Notification of Death), Burial Order, Claimants ID, Deceased ID, and proof of banking details. On Monday 14 I went to Tyger Valley Branch to hand in thsi docs and put in the claim. I was tolf by the cosultant she will send them off.

I phoned yesterday to get Feedback (I am chasing you guys) and to be replied to by a total imbecile, that the docs had been recieved and the assessor will be looking at it today.

After 48 hrs NO ONE has contacted me... as per your claim to pay out within 48 Hours. I have now gone through you CALL centre again . only to be told that the docs (automated response) are ALL OUTSTANDING.

My mother is sitting in a mortuary waiting to be Laid to rest While you guys STUFF things up... I will be advancing the Ombudsman... You can believe that!!!
