So now I AM NON-COMPLIANT?

I recently picked up my new credit card at my branch, and when doing so I also supplied a copy of my ID and proof of residence, as this is what was asked of me. So this was less than 2 months ago, now I get a sms saying that I AM NON-COMPLIANT and my card will be put on non-compliant status until I supply these docs (KYC). I make a very friendly call to the customer care line and advise the lady there that I did supply these docs and the people are mistaken. Its really inconvenient for me to now GO INTO THE BRANCH again and supply these docs AGAIN because someone there did not do their job properly the first time I supplied the docs. I ask if she cannot just call the branch and ask them if they might have the docs on file so my status can be corrected, maybe there was just some mis-communication between branch & head office. NO, she says to me. she cannot make outgoing calls. Basically telling me "sorry, I am not interested in helping you". I am so disgusted with Standard Bank. What a joke! You can LEAVE my card on non-compliance, I'll cut it up, pay it off and I don't want to ever hear from Standard bank again. Good riddance!
