Not paying out based on wrong exclusions

I was in a bike accident more than a month ago due to me having to swerve out of the way from a oncoming drunk driver.

My back tyre was not roadworthy though, but my accident was not due to the back tyre.

Excusions in my policy wording reads:

5. Specitic Excuslons
We will not pay for any ciaim or loss, damage, death, injury or liability that is CAUSED or RESULTS from:
I. Tyre's which is not In roadworthy condition with tread depth below the minimum requirement (1mm) or below the tyre tread depth indicator of a pneumatic tyre.

As you can see, this was def not the case.

Guys don't do smart insurance, Fast to take ya monies but they refuse to pay out whatsoever!
