On the 22nd of March I replaced my bike tire around 04:30 pm and I rode to Johannesburg the same day. The next day in the morning I left the same place around 06:00 am on my way back to Secunda the tyre disintegrated, the whole rubber came off around the tyre. The same tyre didn't even had 300km of life on it and was less than a day old. I took the bike back to the dealer replaced the tyre which i still have to pay. The damaged tyre was taken to michelin for tests.
What I got from the dealer was Michelin will call and give me feedback to tell on what happened but never got anything. Then went back to the dealer where I was given a feedback that I damaged the tyre. I the tried to contact Michelin by by cellphone that never went through then on the 5th of may I wrote an email to them with no feedback till now. I still have to repair the damages and pay the tyre that the dealer gave me on the day of the incident.
Now i have a corncen that i bought a new tyre and it never lasted a day. Due to that incident I must repair the damages on my bike and still pay for another new tyre. Can you please advice on what to do from he
