Tempo Tyres supplies and sells as part of it's business 2nd hand tyres, we bought such a tyre and were assured that it had at least 60% tread left. On having the tyre assessed we were shown that the remaining tread was 2mm and at best 10=20% tread left. On returning the tyre to request a refund we were informed that WE had in fact switched the tyre and this was not the tyre that we were sold. So the complaint is twofold, firstly Tempo in fact sold us a tyre that was not actually what we paid for, refused the legally requested refund, and that secondly we are in fact who must be doing this for an undue refund. What a disgrace!! Clearly this is a business that lacks integrity has no good morals and needs to be boycotted completely. I for one will do everything I can to ensure that this behaviour is exposed.
