I purchased airtime to the amount of R 59 on 25 Oct via internet banking for my blackberry BIS, the money was deducted and the airtime never reached me. my cell nr 0837400063 id 8005025031080. I did lay a complaint 3 days after but now 20 days later and still no refund, I also contacted Vodacom and they assured me there was no money paid over to them from nedbank.
