I went to Capitec at Jabulani Mall to withdraw R1050, but only R750 came out but the slip confirmed that I withdrew R1050. I went in and reported the matter to the teller and he promised to send an e-mail immediately and he promised that I would get a refund after 14 days. After the stated 14 days I did not get the amount as promised. I went back and spoke to the Bank Manager and he gave me the customer service number. I called them and was informed that there was nothing they could do for me its not their fault. I went back to the manager and he promised to call me back with a feedback but I have not heard anything from him. I am angry and frustrated because not even one person was willing to assisst me in this matter. I suspect that they are involved in some because I asked for an e-mail that they supposedly sent but was informed that they are not allowed to do so.

I would really appreciate assistance in this matter, I feel cheated. These institution treat clients like dirt.
