After numerous attempts to try and get assistance im left with no choice but to log this complaint. I have been receiving incorrect statements and now im worried that my ITC profile will be affected. I have called the call centre and have not received a proper explanation, because the staff is not properly trained and equipped to answer accounts queries. They then try and cover their incompetence by being rude and petty . have asked to speak to management or anyone who can reconcile an account and i am still waiting. Can somebody in that HUGE bank who actually knows accounts, their sysytem and cares about clients contact me urgently..Thanks
