ADT ACCOUNTS & BILLING DEPARTMENT - USELESS

I logged and called ADT numerous times literally begging for statements. I received statements for 3 months in April after giving my email address to someone like 3 times. After that moment of brilliance, NOTHING. In August this year, I complained again and a kind lady by the name of (excuse incorrect name) Zwane who felt my pain and even offered me a discounted premium.

In this week I receive a debit order of over R600, I call the ADT number at 17H00 today and select billing, hold on for 10 minutes and eventually speak to Katlego who was of no assistance. She transfers me through to Phindile (Supervisor of the Call Centre) who I spoke to for 5 minutes explaining the whole issue AGAIN.

She put me on hold for about 25 minutes before the call eventually cut. She left messages for me, I returned her call and asked her to call me back. I am still waiting. The time is now 17H50.

Guess what... still no statement and the billing/accounts department and the Call centre S.U.C.K.S
