Ignoring my Query

I had e-mailed FNB as well as sent a query through their website - and fancy autoreplys come back to me thanking me for the e-mail and that they will respond within this day and this hour.

But no response.

Quite dissapointing that they are so quick to take money from my account, but are so reluctant to provide me with an explanation.

Is that really fair?
