Id just like to compliment Shaun Sheldon for his quick response to my query. Even though it is still on-going, he has thus far replied to my responses (via e-mail) within an hour of me sending each response. I also work in the Education sector doing a similar job to him so I am fully aware of the huge influx of queries/registration applications/refund requests/disputes you receive at times and how you have to try and prioritise and the way he followed up made it seem as though he prioritised my query above all else.(i'm sure in actual fact he's just efficient and on top of his game) My experience with him has ensured that once I have obtained all the required docs. I will only be contacting Damelin to register, won't even bother with another College. thanks again Shaun Sheldon ;)
