My african bank acount is paid up. So african bank still decided to deduct the installment from my account. On the 27/09/13. I have phoned them and explained to them since the 27th till now 12/11/13 and still no reply from them... How bad can a company's service be??? Every time I phone they say I must call on monday... That's realy not good service... You get bad, worst and then afrivan bank!!!
