No Feedback & Incorrect Email Adress On website

I mailed African bank and was sent an auto response saying the webadress is no longer valid - NOTE: the adress I got was on their website. Luckily, I was sent the correct one to which I forwarded my query. I have an amount of R524 listed on my credit report. I had a loan with them 6years ago when I was 19! In addition, I paid it finished (to my knowledge) and I simply wanted to know why im listed.(maybe they didn't deduct the last payment or something) Instead I keep getting stupid auto responses telling me "for sales queries: e-mail this adress, for increasing your limit, e-mail this adress. The e-mail adress you used only deals with XYZ."(XYZ includes my query) but no ACTUAL reply. What is it going to take? I just want to get my report clear, even if they're at fault, i'll still pay the money, it's too little for me to dispute and to have it remain on my report until the dispute's settled.
