I wrote an email to MTN Customer care on the 6th Nov and a follow up mail on the 8th Nov and I only receive an automatic general response. My query needs a specific response from MTN but to date I have not received any response.
I then went onto the website to look for the management team so that I can address my query to a specific person, guess what? yah you guessed it right there is no management team on the website as they do not want to be bothered by their "so-called clients". Can somebody please call me back in relation to my query.
