Santam recommended AutoLab Menlyn for a minor repair to my vehicle as they are Kia approved. What was suppose to be a 6 day repair is now going for two weeks. AutoLab Menlyn is an EXPERT in giving contradictory feedback, in cases where they actually do bother to inform the customer. When you phone, you are constantly informed that they are on lunch, emails are being ignored etc. They are suppose to be the experts, however didn't even know that the bumper to my vehicle consists out of more than one part.
I am disgusted that Santam can actually be associated with a service provider like this!
