No response again

I requested a valuation on my vehicle for resale to Mcarthy Toyota. The evaluation was performed at their premises and the evaluator (Tyron) promised to call me with the results. After a week nothing happened. I called and asked for the sales manager and Keshan answered my call. I explained my request for feedback and he said he would get back to me. He called later in the day saying he still hasn't found the evaluation and would call back shortly. That was the last heard from him. another week goes by, I have left messages for him to call me without success. If Mcarthy don't want to deal with me they should have the guts to say so outright. Avoiding a client is not the right way to deal with this.
