As per previous complaint, my vehicle was damaged whilst under the care of Outsurance and its service provider. The one positive thus far is that Outsurance has promised to give me a NEW vehicle.
However I have the following concerns:
1. Over ONE month has gone.
2. Contact with Outsurance has been initiated by me (95 % of the time)
3. There is no urgency on the part of Outsurance, considering that I am " VEHICLE-LESS" for close to a
month.
I am continuing to make payments on my vehicle loan. Is this not the responsibility of this huge conglomerate. I urgently require a TIMEFRAME from Outsurance outlining to me when this entire nightmare will end Going this route is the only option I have considering the intransigence of this company. To get to speak to the following persons (who are dealing with my case), Yasmin, Siyabonga, Ricardo Martin, is a mission in itself.
