I recently went to Absa bank for an increase for my cheque acc and I was allocated a consultant by the name of Nolitha Ntontela. I normally deal with Trevor. He is very resourceful and renders a confident service to me. This comment is not about rude or abrupt service, but it is about confident service, giving one clear and conscise information. I really felt from my experience with her that she was very unsure of herself. The job was done though, but it was the manner in which she helpt me. I think she lacks people skills and I think someone should give her coaching. Today the 11th of November 2013 in my lunch hr i was told to come and sign at 13h30. got there 5 min late due to traffic and when i asked for my consultant from a lady by the name of Erma she said rather unfriendly she is busy and you are 5 min late. I am the client, have more compassion Erma. I hope in future my dealings with Absa Bank consultants are better.
