Client services incompetent, rude and unhelpfull

We went to the ABSA Woodlands to inquire how to deal with the estate of my late father. ABSA is supposedly the executor of the will. We were told to que at client services. My elderly mother wanted to speak to somebody in Afrikaans and we were told the Absa consultant understands Afrikaans but she continued to speak in English. The consultant asked if we have informed ABSA and we said we are here to do that. She then insisted that it is not done there. and we must send everything to the estate section. So we asked again what should be sent and where. She ignored that question. She obviously did not know what to do and called another branch / person. I asked to see the branch manager but was told that he was not there today. Instead i was referred to the manager responsible for the client services: Celeste. She insisted that the consultant understands Afrikaans and that we can not be helped by somebody else. I also then asked about the process and was told we need to go to a magistrate!!! I again and again asked why a magistrate and Celeste said that is what we need to do and left. They hurriedly closed the account and ushered us away!!!
