U can't count on Standard bank

I've opened my ucount account 3 months ago, and i still waiting for my card.
I've phoned the contact centre three times already, I don't no why but they can't seem
to get my card delivered to me. I've asked if they can get it delivery to a branch, to which
they said no. I don't why, because i get all my other standard bank mail at the same
address. I just want some anwsers.
