After purchasing a new vehicle I decided to take an insurance with Dial Direct thinking that I would be a happy customer after hearing good remarks about this company. I must say I am extremely disappointed with the service received! firstly my first instalment was debited out of the wrong account on the wrong date, secondly I called in to query this and asked the lady to call me back as I had insufficient airtime left after being on the line with them for one hour the previous day, I'm still waiting for a call back after calling in twice today! why do you employ people who are not willing to do their jobs properly and furthermore make promises they can't keep!?
