After an accident and logging a claim at Dial Direct, I received my bakkie back from the workshop, it was not fixed properly, i logged a complaint at Dial Direct and Phindile Sithole responded to my mail the same day - 2013/08/20. She advised me to take the bakkie back and arranged everything. On nearly a daily basis, she contacted either me or the workshop or the assessors of Dial Direct, and kept me up to date as to what is happening, why and when.
In today's times, a service like that is exceptional and her dedication and understanding to my predicament was appreciated.
She is an asset and benefit to any company and her company should treasure and award her for her professional, quick and efficient service.
I will recommend friends to join Dial Direct if this is the staff they employ and the service that is given.
