Prepaid limit is set to 0 and cannot be adjusted, on the fnb app my limit is 1500 (can adjust that) but the app fails saying that I have exceeded my channel limit. to top it all off FNB's call centre is closed on Sunday afternoons.
For a bank that got my business because they are tech-savvy they are not doing very well and I am seriously considering closing my account, I would recommend others looking for good online services think twice before believing all the marketing hype.
I will now have to waste valuable weekend hours going to find somewhere to buy electricity over the counter, loose the ebucks I would have earned, and waste my even more valuable office hours time trying to get this resolved.
