Nedbank Rivonia seems to have no qualified staff available on Saturday behind its counters.
After 2 hours dealing with a "Banker" I left the branch with no results since the banker did not know how to deal with my common queries. A Branch Manager was not available to assist.
I was asked to go to another Branch.
