Shocking Service

I have now for over a week tried to obtain my tax certificate from Nedbank Rivonia. I have gone into the branch 4 times, had to repeat myself 4 times to the same people. They have promised to call me which they have not. I then spoke to the Temp Branch manager (Rene Kimp), as Rivonia does not have a manager, she promised to call me that day. Now nearly COB Tuesday I have not even heard from her. I am desperate for this tax return yet no one seems to be able to help me. I think the service that Nedbank has offered is shocking! Nedbank and especially this branch could take a leaf from Capitec book. Time for me to look at other banks.
