Insurance claim on vehicle accident short paid due to towing issues. Although the towing is to be arranged and sorted by Discovery in line with DQ Track service delivery which was paid for. Discovery claiming DQ track was removed when all installments were paid in full with DQ track fees and the tracking systems still physically installed in the vehicle.
Feel this is the lowest of customer service levels when a supplier has to try and fabricate reasons not to pay a claim.
After multiple messages to try get feedback due to an 'investigation' into the issue from their side no callbacks or even messages.
Please be warned Discovery Insure is an unethical supplier and is happy to sell a service and charge for it but not deliver on it.
