Discovery insure claims to be on top of their game with excellent service... this is certainly not the case. They have been dealing with my third party claim since September and it is not resolved. I left messages, emails, calls etc but no reply. I even spoke to the manager in charge of that department who promised that this claim is sorted and by COB on Monday 25/11 this matter will be resolved. To date I have no response. I was placed on hold for 45 mins today and then cut off. I am so upset with this service having placed my business with Discovery... medical aid, insurance etc. Please help as the lady's car is still not repaired and she is really upset with me.
