I had a claim with Discovery Insure and the assessor assigned to my claim was Mr. Emmitt Reid. Mr. Reid efficiently handled my claim. For the purposes of my convenience, he drove from Hillcrest to my offices in the CBD to fast track my claim and in his endeavor to limit any inconvenience to me. He promptly contacted me after receiving the technician's report to discuss either the replacement or payment to me for the insured goods. His friendly attitude together with his efficient handling of my claim must surely rank him as a great brand ambassador for the Discovery group of companies. My experience with Mr. Reid has resulted in me suggesting to a few of my friends who had complaints about their short term insurers to switch to Discovery without hesitation.
