So this company I had a policy with, but cancelled at the end of October, tried to take off money from me without my consent. The debit order didn't go through and FNB charged me for it.
Sent in a COMPLAINT on MONDAY via INTERNET BANKING. Received a confirmation on TUESDAY from Renee Bickmore which stated that I will be contacted within 48 hours.
I'm still waiting......??
Will be closing my account tomorrow at 14H00 if I don't receive feedback by then!!! I closed my account at ABSA for the same reason of BAD SERVICE AND FEEDBACK - I PAY BANKING FEES EVERY MONTH AND EXPECT GOOD SERVICE!
