I went to ABSA on the 11 September 2013 to ask for a settlement offer on my personal loan. I was given the offer and I paid it on the same day that my debit order goes through. I did not have a problem with that because I thought when ABSA balances their accounts they will notice that the loan was already paid up. I waited for about two weeks without hearing anything from ABSA, when I called them. The call center agent told me that no refund is due to me. I want to find out how is this possible.
