FNB REALLY THE WORST BACK WITH THE WORST SERVICE

I HAVE BEEN WITH FNB FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND THE SERVICE I RECEIVED LATELY FROM THEM IS PATHETIC. I TRIED TO CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER OR MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS. THEY FLAT OUT REFUSE TO ASSIST YOU. THEN THEY EMPLOY PEOPLE LIKE LIANA MOTHAPO WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SOFT SKILLS ETIQUETTE AT ALL. FNB SHOULD BE TAKING OVER BY ONE OF THE OTHER BIG BANKS. I MEAN I HAVE EVERYTHING WITH THEM I BANK WITH THEM SALARY DEBIT ORDERS CELLPHONE INTERNET I CAN GO ON ON ON AND YET THEY CANT EVEN GIVE ME A BOND. I THINK TODAY WILL BE A START FOR ME TO CHANGE BANKS AND I SHOULD NO I WILL BE BETTER OFF AND MUCH HAPPIER.
