UNLAWFUL DIRECT TRANSFER

There has been an unauthorized direct transfer from my account on the 6th November 2013, in the amount of R548.47, coupled with a service fee of R40.00. I have no idea as to why this amount was taken from my account. I DEMAND IT BE PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AND ALL THE RESPECTIVE CHARGES BE REVERSED! FNB HAS NO RIGHT TO SIMPLY TAKE MONEY FROM A CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT THAT IT IS NOT ENTITLED TO.
