Want my money but not willing to assist! Pathetic

I am sick and tired with FNB! Since the start of applying for my personal loan I had issues. Due to the fact that my salary will only be reflecting in my account as of the 26th I have requested to change my debit order date from the 25th to the 26th. Simple reason FNB will get their money each month and I won't have to sit with additional cost because the debit order didn't go through and my credit score doesn't get affected. My company doesn't bank with the same bank as I do so what must I do now. Go through all the inconvenience to change banks just to ensure my debit order with FNB goes off on the 25th? I mean really I am not refusing to pay them I am actually making the necessary arrangements to make sure they do get their money. What more must I do really. Seriously you want my money and I am more than happy to pay you what I need to so why not help my make that happen!!!
