HOW NOT TO HELP ME!!!

I am having a fit! i phoned last week to have my account reactivated, the agent over the phone told me it was done and that i can collect my card at bracnh i chose. i phone to check status ans get told someone closed it. when i ask who no one knows why or when. i spent 20 minutes on the phone with a agent reactivating the account only to find they say it was not done. when i ask for help its pillar to post. i phone bracnh they say phone call centre. i phone call cenre they say go to branch. no one takes ownership and wants to help. HOW CAN THEY HELP ME? more like HOW CAN THEY NOT HELP ME. can someone just reactivate my account and order my card!!!??? what a painful exercise... i thought FNB the best, am i wrong
