Let me extend my thrill, excitement and satisfaction of the service that I got recently from budget insurance brokers. On the 27th of October 2013 I got involved in an accident with my vehicle. The service that i received from the people who handled my accident/claim was excellent. I would like to specifically mention Zama Zulu and more importantly Farouk Davids these individuals exemplify what quality of service is. There is a lot of talk out there about insurances delivering service but only a few if any come close to budget. I have been insured for a number of years and after going through a couple of claim processes none come close to Budget, congratulations and well done guys for a job well done.
I hope management at budget is able to use these guys as case reference to what service delivery is.
