I have been a client with FNB and the same branch since 1992.

1. Customers should be made aware of the fact that should they require transactions in their personal bank account dating back 2-3 months and you find this yourself via internet banking you will be charged R5.50 for each month that you go back into even if you did not contact the bank at all.

2. FNB offer a roadside assist service for which money is deducted on a monthly basis but it took me some months to try and find out how do I go about it when roadside assistance is required. I never received any policy number, instructions, contact telephone number, address etc. in respect of this service offered.
The last person I spoke to was actually not able to tell me more or by whom is this service underwritten.
