Hi

I was recently involved in a serious accident and contacted the Roadside Assistance call centre and was put through a series of questions, the guy eventually stated that he will call back and organise a tow truck to assist me but it never happened. Does Roadside Assistance really exist or is it some sort of marketing tool to lure people to sign up with FNB? FNB Roadside Assistance is new to me and I will definitely remain reluctant to contact them again after my experience.
