I went to the Rosebank branch today to complete the reversal form for a debit order that should not be coming off my account. I completed the form and the guy advised it would be done today or tomorrow. I received an sms of a transaction failing and see that he reversed the incorrect debit order. Now i get told i must go back to the branch to sort this out. This is ridiculous. I have to go back to the branch to fix an error the the staff member made, even with the correct information in front of him on the form that i had to fill out. From the day i have opened my FNB account i have had non stop problems and i am still waiting to be impressed by FNB.
