Empty Promises and Lack of Service delivery

I applied for a FNB loan and i was told that it was accepted and i would be paid my money within 24 hours. this was a consolidation loan since i had opened an account at FNB. 5 days later i get asked for my payslip, proof of residence and certified copy of my ID, that was all sent today. i was then told i would have my money by 12pm, then 1pm then 2pm, at 4pm i get told it was declined because of arrears frlom my one loan that FNB told me was settled. they said all three accounts have been settled yesterday 5th November. i was promised this money and went and booked a holiday and put down a 20k deposit and rest was due today, so being promised this money it wouldnt have been a problem to pay the rest today. so i now have lost 20k of my own money because of FNB's empty promises, lack of service and incompetence.

my company which is a major company, wanted to switch to FNB, after this i think they will definitely rethink it. i will be taking this matter further as i have everything in writting
