Debit Order taken after 2 months after Loan Paid

I recently paid off a Direct Axis Loan within 2 months after as per our early settlement agreement on my T's and C's. i have now been paying the installment amount for the past two months after the loan was paid. i contacted the helpline and was told that the funds would be paid into my account within ten days, so i waited....its been 12 days and i have been calling regarding the issue but i am constantly told that someone would call me to let me know whats happening but till today i have not heard a word. this has been going on for a month now. 12 days ago i spoke a lady on the phone whom assured me that the refund will take 10 days which i believed. i spoke to a lady by the name of Nastasja yesterday whom confirmed via telephone that the "Escalation Department" would contact me by COB 05/11/2013, which also did not happen. i've been contacting the contact centre with my airtime which has been a waste of my time...i now get a statement saying that my next installemnt due date is on the 20/11/2013 yet i am in a postive balance of R2311.19...Please can this be fixed TODAY as its been over th "10 Day" Period as per your employees!!!
