No feasible feedback when calling them

I've been contacting AF about the payout but would get the same feedback every time I call, on their site they have a complaints form which I filled and it says an agent will call me shortly but there is just nothing. I mean I've spent lots of money calling and calling and not getting anywhere with this. I'm really disappointed with AF because I highly regard the company as a good one.
