To who it may concern:
I can not explain how furious I am with your company! I have contacted numerous times over the last FIVE MONTHS about cancelling my account and that I am no longer in South Africa! Every time I speak with someone or get a reply back via email I am assured that it has been cancelled and that money WILL NOT be drafted from my account. Yet, it happens over and over! Refund my money from this current deduction! I am more than furious and embarrassed for the way you guys have treated me and for the way you run your business. Hopefully complaining on here will open their eyes with how terrible their customer service has been!
