I would like to understand that how an account managed by ABSA with a debit order instituted by ABSA becomes overdrawn.
As far as i understand that is ABSA's repsonsibility to make sure the account is up to date.
I want this issue resolved as it will negatively affect my credit rating...
If not resolved in a professional manner satisfactory to me I will move my account to another bank...
THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
