I have been trying to cancel my Home Owners Insurance policy with ABSA from September 2010 but in spite of numerous e-mails and phone calls I have not been successful. The most shocking part is that the debit order paying for the policy is not even link to my bank account. ABSA has been taking the money from some poor client for the last 3 years without him even knowing!!! It comes to R13 896 so far. I suppose you will tell me to mail you the proof again...
