Unnecessary run around

My brother passed away in August 2013, after the funeral I went to Kenilworth to request a funeral plan claim form.After waiting for almost an hour for the enquiries dept staff to give me a form because they didnt know which form to give me they eventually found it. Only to find out that they had to give me another form that SAPS had to fill in Kenilworth and Westgate mall didnt know which form I was talking about (statement by police, absa 593).eventually I tried Absa waterfront, they knew exactly what I was talking about. 2 days ago I submitted all the paper work required and as stated on the claim form. ABSA life department(ayanda) called to confirm that they have received all paperwork as stated on the claim form however I need to submit a BI1663 form from the mortuary too.after all the time I wasted with Absa branches and finally I had everything niw they telling me they want something else which is not listed on the claim form.Why am I given a run around? Shouldn't that be listed as a requirement as well? I will take this further, other than the fact that your staff is not clued up with the process Absa documents are also misleading. I have wasted enough time and money.
