I have read on the Standard Bank website on how long it will takes for money deposited at the atm to be processed for usage. The info said it will be processed at the same day. When directing on how to deposit, it shows the envelop deposit method and I thought it was convenient for me since I was very busy that day. I went to Wits STD bank atm and it was only the envelop method, but since I got the information on the website, that it was convenient, I used it. This was on Friday 1st of November. The whole weekend the money was not processed until I went to Braamfontein branch on Monday. The tellers told me it takes time for the money to be processed when I used the envelop method. They promised I will get it ready on Wednesday. But still to no avail. I have bills to pay and already out of time. I sent a complaint on the website (STD bank) on Monday 4th, and the lady concerned replied today (Wednesday 6th) and say the money is ready for usage, meaning it was processed. I logged on for internet banking to pay the beneficiaries, it bounced bank. I had to run back to Braamfontein branch, and they told me its not available yet. I have to pay rent and others, and now I'm in arears. Help
