Access loan cancellation

I have asked Esther Sethole to cancel the loan application before the payout was done and she responded and said it is already processed. I applied last week Wednesday 4th September 2013, on Monday 9 September 2013 they sent an sms it was processed, immedialtely I sent an email to Esther Sethole to cancel and this is after several phone calls i made to standard bank to try and cancel. On her response she said it is already processed and I specifIcally asked to stop the bank from releasing the funds. The money was deposited into my account last night 11 September 2013. I DO NOT NEED THE LOAN ANY MORE THE INTEREST RATE IS TOO HIGH .
