I am completely appauled, I have now contacted your call centre waited 20 minutes on the line to find out what is this transfer out cost that have been debited out of my account.
I finally got through and this gentleman insist on having my last 8 digits of my card and my pin no.???
I told him I will give him my account no and my id no but he would not accept it, he said for security reasons FNB only can cheque my account with my card no and pin.
WHAT THE .
I WILL BE CLOSING MY BUSSINESS ACCOUNT AS WELL AS MY PERSONALL ACCOUNT IMMEDIATLEY.
If this is how you work the, if someone steals my card then they can access all my information and my money NO NO NO NO.
