Proof of anti-- device

I have taken my car in middle of Aug 2013 for an anit- device, as MiWay requires it for insurance. I've emailed & faxed the proof to them about 2 or 3 times because every month we get a sms saying they need the proof of the certificate. It's NOVEMBER & AGAIN I get this sms!! SERIOUSLY!!! Somewhere someone is NOT doing his/her job and I'm getting tired of this!!!
