To anyone who want service delivery from a bank please proceed directly to Rhone Venter as she has demonstrated her true understanding of customer service to me on 2 occasions.
Firstly, her ability to assist even if you are not in her Que, she truly goes the extra mile to see how she can assist the customers of Standard Bank.
Secondly, going beyond the call of duty to ensure the client gets what he/she wants in the way that he she wants.
Lastly, Great smile, always helpful and able to understand that not all procedures help the client and that procedures should not be in place to hinder the client but to assist the client in getting to a speedy resolution in a way that mutual benefits both parties involved.
In Conclusion, when in Centurion at the Centurion Mall branch look for Rhone Venter and simply thank her for actually helping clients and not just receiving a pay check.
